  1. ​​​​​​​​​What does the gift consist of?​
    Each gift consists of the following:
    2 x $3 GrabRide and 1 x free GrabFood delivery vouchers (worth S$9 in total).

  2. Am I eligible for the gift?
    You must be an existing NTUC union member and a working mother with a youngest child less than 7 years old to register for the gift.

  3. How do I register for the gift?

  4. How many gifts can I register for?​
    Each NTUC union member is limited to a registration of one gift.

  5. When will I receive the gift?​
    Eligible registrations are deemed successful only when you receive a redemption e-mail from NTUC U Family within 14 working days of your online submission.

  6. What if I do not have an email account?
    You will need to set up an email account as you will be prompted to furnish one at the point of registration on NTUC U Portal.

  7. When does the giveaway end?
    The giveaway is subject to limited availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  9. Do I need to download the Grab app to enjoy this gift?
    You will be prompted to download the Grab app if you do not have it downloaded on your mobile device at the point of redemption.

  10. How do I redeem the gift?
    • You will receive a redemption e-mail with a message to redeem the vouchers.
    • Click on the link and you will be directed to a log-in page to key in your phone number which is registered with Grab. You will be prompted to download the Grab app if you do not have ​the app downloaded on your mobile device.
    • Enter your mobile number and a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your Grab app inbox notifications.
    • Enter the OTP to complete the redemption.​
    • The voucher will be reflected under 'My Rewards' in your Grab app.

  11. How do I use the voucher once it is reflected under 'My Rewards' in the Grab app?

    • On the Grab app transport booking screen, select your pick-up and drop-off points.
    • Choose the vehicle type and choose your preferred payment method.
    • Select the promo field and select the voucher in your 'My Ride Rewards'. Click 'Use Now'. 
    • Tap 'Book' and enjoy your voucher.
    • Upon successful booking, you'll automatically receive a notification.

    • On the Grab app food delivery screen, add your selection to basket. 
    • Click 'View Basket'.
    • Select the promo field and select the voucher in your 'My Food Rewards'. Click 'Use Now'. ​
    • Tap 'Place Order' and enjoy your voucher.​​

  12. What if I encounter difficulties redeeming the gift?
    Kindly ensure that you have attempted to complete the redemption flow. Should you continue to encounter difficulties, you may reach out to Grab here ​and provide the corresponding 16-digit serial number of the voucher. Grab will assist you within 5 working days.
