NTUC Plus has been renamed Uplus with effect from 26 September 2008.
All the current benefits and offers you enjoy as an NTUC Plus cardmember remains unchanged.
You can continue to use the NTUC Plus card until it expires or replacement with the Uplus Card, whichever is earlier. |

Discontinuation of Ez-Link Feature on your NTUC Plus Card |

The Land Transport Authority has announced the launch of a new e-payment system, Symphony for e-Payment (Sep), for public transit. Along with SeP, Ez-Link will be issuing new CEPAS-compliant cards and existing Ez-Link cards in circulation will be discontinued on 30 September 2009. |

As a result, NTUC Plus cardholders may no longer use their NTUC Plus card for transit payment after 30 September 2009. All other credit/debit card functions remain valid. |

- If you have not activated the Ez-Link purse on your NTUC Plus card, no action is required on your part. You may continue to enjoy all other benefits and privileges till card expiry. Your NTUC Plus card will be automatically renewed upon card expiry and a new U Plus card will be mailed to you.

Call OCBC at 1800 363 3333 or visit any OCBC Branch to change your card to Uplus.
Include in your request to change any existing supplementary card(s) as well. |

After you have received Uplus card, proceed to any TransitLink Ticket Office with your NTUC Plus Card to obtain a refund on your Ez-Link purse. |

You may purchase the new CEPAS-compliant Ez-Link Card separately as your new Uplus card does not come with an Ez-Link purse. |

You will be given ample time, up to 12 years from date of card issuance, to perform your Ez-Link refund. Please note that your NTUC Plus card will be destroyed upon completion of the refund.
