Tripartite Standards

​​The Tripartite Partners, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), have launched the Tripartite Standards to complement the existing employment laws, tripartite guidelines and advisories. Each standard will specify a set of progressive practices that are verifiable and can also be sector-specific. Taken together, this will form a comprehensive map to help employers build fair and progressive workplaces. 

What are the benefits for employers to adopt the Standards?
  • Being listed on TAFEP's website - "Organisations That Have Adopted The Tripartite Standards" page.
  • Allowed to use the Tripartite Standards Logomark in all of the organisation's job advertisements and marketing collatera​ls.
  • For greater visibility, TAFEP's website will contain direct links to the organisation’s corporate website.​​
  • Enjoy learning opportunities through invitations to TAFEP's workshops, seminars and conferences.​
  • Gain access to TAFEP's wide range of resources such as toolkits, forms & templates and advisory services.
