1 fillet of fish (salmon, cod etc.)
1/4 cup cooked corn kernels (if using
canned corn, rinse well)
1 egg white
Peel, boil potatoes. Mash. Steam/microwave fish.
Flake fish with fork. Chop corn. Mix potatoes,
corn, fish with beaten egg and form into patties.
Chill. Dip in egg white before pan frying. Serve.
