Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute (OTC Institute) had its 22nd Graduation Ceremony on 16 November 2013. Held at Downtown East, 111 proud graduands received their certificates and diplomas, while awards to honour trainers, unions and management were given out. Congratulations to all our graduates!
