Industrial Relations
NTUC undertakes industrial relations in a number of ways to look after workers of all collars, ages and nationalities. Some of these include providing legal services, settling labour-related disputes through negotiations. All new Industrial Relations Officers undergo the necessary training to ensure they are able to carry out their tasks effectively.
