The Skills Redevelopment Programme (SRP) is a national funding incentive programme which allows a company to claim the salary of their employee while he or she is attending any Work Development Authority Accredited Work Skills Qualifications (WSQ) and NSRS (spell out) courses during working hours, subjected to the rates displayed below. Employers can apply for both the Skills Development Fund and the SRP at the same time for their workers.
