Course Overview

In this information age, the ability to explore visual representation of massive data interactively and to detect meaningful patterns, trends and exceptions from these data are increasingly becoming an important skill for business practitioners. Using real world business data, this course aims to share with participants how data visualisation and interactive analytic techniques can be used to interact with business data from various sources and formats, explore relationships, detect the expected and discover the unexpected without having to deal with complex statistical formulas and programming.

Apply the basic principles of data visualisation and information graphics best practices in your business presentation

  • Use appropriate data visualisation and visual analysis techniques for analysing each type of quantitative relationship
