About 400 participants were in for a treat when they signed up for one of NTUC Membership Department’s (MED) annual signature events, Wine Apprecio, held at Titanium Club, Esplanade on 27 August 2011. Read on to find out more!
The event was held at Singapore Culinary Institute in e2i. 90 women members learnt how to prepare a healthy rainbow meal for their family. This hands-on workshop is organised by NTUC Women's Development Secretariat(Culinary Interest Group).
Our members learnt two receipes in this baking workshop organised by NTUC Women's Development Secretariat (Culinary Interest Group): The recipes are as follows: (a)Mango Pomelo Mousse Cake (b)Chocolate Brownies with Walnut and Pecan.
