The Care@home programme provides a range of home-based care services to assist seniors staying at home. These services include helping seniors in their daily living activities, medical escort, exercises and companionship. Services such as home nursing, physiotherapy and care management are also available. We also provide training for family members or domestic helpers who are looking after seniors at home.
