NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited has done it again. In the July issue of the Top 1000 Brands report of Campaign Asia-Pacific, FairPrice is listed as the top local homegrown brand, outperforming many other top local brands. It also ranked no. 4 among the Top 10 Brands in Southeast Asia, ahead of many other top international brands.
FairPrice CEO (Singapore) Seah Kian Peng said it squares very well with Nielsen’s (a global leader in measurement and information) assessment that FairPrice’s brand equity results were the highest in the Asia Pacific amongst all retailers in the industry. He added that it is another milestone achieved “as we continue to strengthen our brand equity and brand promise.”
The Top 1000 Asia Pacific Brands report is a proprietary survey co-produced by Campaign and research firm, TNS. The Singapore survey is part of a regional top-of-mind survey across ten key markets that included more than 3,300 respondents. |
